Cash Out Calculation

The Cash Out amount offered is calculated automatically and may depend on several factors, including:

• The original stake placed on the bet.
• The odds of the selections.
• The number of selections on the ticket.
• The current status of the selections.
• Whether selections have started or are in play.
• Current match/event conditions.
• The probability of the remaining selections winning.
• The time at which the Cash Out request is made.
• Other factors used by Bengabet's betting and Cash Out systems.

The Cash Out amount may therefore be higher or lower than the original stake or potential winnings.

Cash Out Availability

Cash Out may not be available on every bet.

It may be unavailable due to:

• Market suspension.
• Changes to the event or market.
• The event being temporarily suspended.
• Technical or system-related issues.
• The bet already being settled.
• The outcome of the bet already being determined.
• Other circumstances affecting Cash Out availability.

The Cash Out option may be displayed even when the service is temporarily unavailable.

Freebets

Cash Out is not available for sports bets placed using Freebets.
Bets placed using Freebet funds cannot be cashed out and must be settled according to the applicable Freebet terms and conditions.

Conditions

• Bengabet reserves the right to accept or decline any Cash Out request.
• Players are not required to accept the Cash Out amount offered.
• The number of Cash Out requests available to a player may be limited depending on the status of the selections on the ticket.
• A Cash Out request is only considered successful once it has been confirmed by Bengabet's system.
• Selecting or clicking the Cash Out option does not by itself constitute a successful Cash Out transaction.
• If the Cash Out amount changes or the option becomes unavailable before confirmation, the previous Cash Out offer may no longer be valid.
• Once successfully completed, a Cash Out cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Technical Issues and Obvious Errors

Bengabet reserves the right to suspend Cash Out payments or reject Cash Out requests due to technical problems, system malfunctions, obvious errors or other circumstances affecting the Cash Out service.

Where an obvious error or technical problem results in an incorrect Cash Out amount being displayed or processed, Bengabet reserves the right to:

• Correct the Cash Out amount;
• Cancel or reverse an incorrectly processed Cash Out where permitted;
• Provide a new Cash Out offer based on the correct calculation; or
• Take other reasonable action necessary to correct the error.

Bengabet is not responsible for the unavailability or interruption of Cash Out resulting from technical problems, connectivity issues, market suspensions, third-party service interruptions or other circumstances beyond Bengabet's reasonable control.

Abuse and Fraud

Players must not attempt to manipulate, exploit or interfere with the Cash Out service.
Bengabet reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against accounts involved in fraudulent activity, system abuse, manipulation, exploitation of obvious errors or attempts to circumvent these Cash Out terms.
